Get a visa for a guest
In order to issue the official letter of invitation within our institution, please send your request together with the following information:
- Full name of the guest
- Home institution
- Passport copy
- Exact dates of the visit
- The purpose of the visit and the department where the visit will take place
- Name, e-mail address and telephone number of the person responsible for this visit.
