The Applied Biotechnologies Master’s program offers an advanced academic framework for students seeking to explore and apply modern biotechnological solutions across various sectors, including agriculture, food, health, environment, and industry. Students also explore practical applications like extraction of bioactive compounds from natural matrices, biomaterials, marker-assisted selection, embryo-related biotechnologies, molecular tools for food authentication and GMO detection, and nutritional genomics.
